In a vial filling line, a weak problem can become expensive quickly. At high line speed, minutes matter because thousands of units may be exposed before an operator sees the issue clearly.

The sterile filling Sentinel demo reported a 12.1-minute earlier warning in simulation. The point of that number is not that every filling line will get exactly 12.1 minutes. It is that early warning should be measured in operational time, not just anomaly score.

TightLoop Sentinel is meant to read weak precursor signals and turn them into a clearer maintenance or process alert. For a real deployment, the validation would replay historical fill logs, alarm history, inspection notes, and known incidents.

The key questions are practical: how much earlier would the alert have fired, how many false alerts would it add, and which equipment area should the operator inspect?

That is the right shape for a pilot. Not a promise of universal anomaly detection, but a replay audit against the customer’s own incidents.
