Drone payload stabilization is usually judged visually: how much of the footage remains usable, whether the target stays centered, and whether the horizon or sightline is stable under motion.

The TightLoop drone payload digital twin frames that as a residual-error problem. The baseline gimbal or payload controller remains in place. TightLoop attempts to reduce what remains after that controller reacts.

The relevant metrics are not complicated: frame displacement, target error, horizon drift, unusable-frame percentage, and command effort. The useful demo is one that can replay the same disturbance record.

If the assisted run produces fewer unusable frames under the same platform motion, the value is visible without claiming to replace the drone or gimbal stack.
