Game Instructions

- length of the progress bar is a total of 60 seconds, And if you inhale for more than 0.1 seconds and exhale for more than 60 seconds, Level up when progress bar reaches all the way to right
- You can level up more if exhalation is longer than inhalation, and in a state of deeper rest, oxygen demand is reduced so you can exhale longer
Developer’s Intention
While treating many patients suffering from anxiety disorders, I created several versions of a relaxation app to provide digital therapy in the form of a smartphone app in addition to medication, counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and this is one of them
